Today we managed a free webinar as part of a branding campaign for a national accounting journal.
The audio did not work. Lots of people panicked. But nothing could have been done. The technical issue had never occurred before and it was out of the realm of control of our vendor and their vendor.
The solution: the entire Webinar was recorded (with sound) which will be transferred into a file that will be accessible through their Website.
All the Webinar attendees didn’t get to ask questions which defeats the purpose, but we did the best thing possible. Which is enough.
